Which pokemon will ash be releasing at the end of the series, we know he is a sperg and he will do it again

Rowlet and Cheeto go to Oak's farm
Torracat goes to Ash's mom Stays with Kukui if it evolves into Incineroar
Solgaleo and Rotom obviously stay in Alola
Poipole stays in his world
Meltan goes with Ash to Galar if it ties into that region. Released if not

Greninja was a special case. They gave it a form that was on par with Megas, so they had to write that thing out.

Poipole was never his to keep in the first place since returning Ultra Beasts to their homes is his job and he only caught it under Lusamine's orders so he could look after it until they found its home.

XY was the first series since the original where Ash released any Pokemon, so Sun & Moon probably won't have any releases.
