I do also admire things like how Grumpig is based on a line from religious scripture about wasting knowledge on idiots. I wonder if Abra and Grumpig are the only examples of Abrahamic religious symbolism. Maybe Slowking? Because there’s plenty of more natural spiritual Pokémon (I can’t think of the proper term) from Xatu, sigilith, Baltoy/claydol and so on or else stuff related to Space and of course, just being really smart like how the Beldum line are floating super computers
