Fairy shouldn't resist bug, it's an arbitrary resistance, and should be neutral. Fairy should also be resisted by ghost, but ghost shouldn't be SE against it, I see them as opposites in the mystic aspect of life and death.
Fire is probably fine, but poison should be weak to fire, like boiling out pathogens in water or cauterizing a wound, and ground should resist fire for the same reason rock does, since I could see rocks being melted by fire and ground seems like it'd resist flammability or melting points better. Fire shouldn't resist itself.
Ghost should not be immune to fighting, since there is no distinction between a punch thrown from a normal type or a fighting type other than lol body and spirit, and they're dead set on a two way immunity. One of the two should be neutral against ghost, preferably Fighting, as fighting spirit should be able to connect to a real spirit, but I'm still unsure here.
Water and Ice should be super effective against each other, as ice H2O molecules melt faster surrounded by hotter liquid H2O, and colder Ice can solidify water. Water shouldn't resist itself either, the elements would just combine.
Poison should resist Dark for sharing a similar aspect of inducing death, and could be easily burned away so weak to fire.
Ice is tough without being nice to it for the sake of pity. Resisting itself makes no sense, and like fire and water it should just be neutral to itself, but deserves resistances in flying (same reason for SE), bug (most bugs hide during the winter / it kills them off), grass (same reason it's SE), and cheimcally deserves a weakness to water.
Normal is kind of fucked. No changes make sense.
