Stunfisk is a flatfish, not a jawless fish, so it should be with the bony fish
Barboach is a loach, not a jawless fish, so it should also be with the bony fish
I would put Salandit line with the lizards
Bulbasaur line is apparently based on frogs, so it should go with them
Drampa should be with other dragons, not with the snakes
Snivy line are legless lizards and so should go with the lizards
Lotad line reminds me more of platypuses so they should go in monotremes
Slakoth line are sloths, not apes
If we assume Lapras is a plesiosaur, it should go closer to the turtles
Horsea and Skrelp lines should share a branch
Sobble should be closer to Kecleon
Not sure if Aron line should be in Dinosaurs
Cranidos line should be moved down to share a branch with the Shieldon line
Archen line should be basal to birds
Birds should split off from dinosaurs closer to Tyrunt line
Not sure if Remoraid line should go in fish or molluscs. I would put it in fish
