I thought it would be a cool idea for a thread to have anons give detailed Pokemon ideas and for the artists on the board to create an interpretation if them. I have a lot of ideas for pokemon but I'm a shit artist.

I'll start:

2 stage pokemon based on both the Portuguese man o war and floating oil in water

Stage 1: water/poison

Stage 2: water/fire
