In singles it might not be that bad if on an absolute shitmon. I keep nominating unown because it really is the shittiest FE pokemon, and you'd basically be sacrificing a team member for the ability, and it fits unown thematically. It wouldn't be that broken because you would lose like 2 turns of trick room just getting a slow teammate switched in. And other teams might also have their own unown which you could strategically undo the ability if things aren't in your favor.

Even on unown, such an ability would destroy doubles though.

Maybe some. People run suicide leads just for entry hazards, I can see sacrificing one team slot for 3ish turns of tanky pokemon running rampant. It suddenly has great speed with that ability, and it could run HP ice for landorus killing, have red card so it could shut down set up sweepers.
