I think people would also use the healing berries and the damage reduction berries.
Also gems + band/specs would be obnoxious as hell, assuming gems besides Normal were reintroduced.

Being able to stack shit like Focus Sash and Weakness Policy with nonconsumable hold items would be turbodumb. Perhaps if they were changed to not be consumed on use (but still only activate once per battle obviously) then it wouldn't be quite so bad.

Nerfing Megafug would be irrelevant because it'd still be Uber and who unironically gives a flying fuck about Ubers.
