It feels appropriate given the new console. We've been getting them pretty infrequently regarding gens, but new consoles seem to get them pretty regularly

they hog the limelight of prehistoric animals, in and out of Pokemon, and they could easily just make dinosaurs non-fossil Pokemon anyway

As fake as that leaked dex was, the smilodon/megatherium fossil ideas were neat, and I'd love to see them happen.

If not those, I just want a Spinosaurid. Whether Baryonyx or Spinosaurus. Carnotaurus as well, but I can live without one.
