>>38062591Not OP, but yes. And it didn't even necessarily have to be fast, but give it something to give reason to use it over galvantula. Make it EVEN A LITTLE FASTER so if you try to use it's "signature" zap cannon gimmick and paralyze the opponent, at least you can outspeed them then. But as it stands even most pokemon paralzyed run circles around vikavolt.
Maybe a weak priority electric attack. Or some ability that is unique instead of the almost useless levitate.
