necrozma-dw isn't just unviable in ubers, it actually has less usage in ubers than goodra if you subtract the ultra burst sets

First off, Ubers is a banlist first and an actual tier second. All box legendary Pokémon (excluding Suicune) have been placed into Ubers since the release of their respective generation.
Secondly, Necro Lunala would be too much for OU, even if it's not all that effective in Ubers.

I'm aware that ubers is oubl, my point is necro-dw isn't deserving of a ban. Also just because its a box legend doesn't mean its overpowered, for example kyurem-b.

Kyurem-B is forced to go mixed

And while Necro-DW has higher Special Attack, Swords Dance lets it pull off a physical set too. Which it kinda to do because it's otherwise a sitting duck against Dark types.
