Game Serena is much taller than Ash, which isn't a surprise considering that she's older than Ash, but is likely around 5'9"-5'10", which would make her taller than the average Charizard to put it into perspective. As far as I know, Ash was estimated to be 4'7" in DP and probably 4'11" as of recently, so that would still make him pretty short.
