Retard. The gen 6 and gen 7 games don't require you to grind at any moment if you turn off the exp share. All the item does is overlevel your own pokemon and make the game braindead easy. You just don't need to be an extreme retard and throw out exp and avoid trainers, though that might be difficult for the retards who make this argument.
