Hey /vp/ haven’t played a mainline game since OG sapphire and decided to pick up a DS this weekend and get Ultra sun. My question is this.

Is it better to start trying to breed perfect mons early? Or is that mainly a post game thing considering easier EV training?

I just want a cute slowpoke.
