>>38092080A truly amazing quest that had you travelling to the depths of the ocean in an obscure route, deciphering what seemed like a whole other ancient language to an 8 year old, and solving puzzles including moves, player movement, and finding rare pokemon where the only clues to start the chain of events were scattered in npc dialogue detailing old stories in an entirely optional town in the middle of nowhere. All of this with the fukcing kino music of the sealed chamber, the completely different and almost alien design of the regis, and that moment when you first see the animation for gen 3 superpower (no other mons had it until frlg), and you get a set of legendaries that actually feel truly ancient and legendary, even if they're dogshit competitively. It felt like you were finding some amazing archaeological treasure, following the clues as if you were trying to find the tomb of some sumerian king.
And that's not even including how fucking cool it was to hear of ANOTHER ancient power in a sealed off temple in the snowy top of the world, that required the three ancients you discovered last game to be awakened.
I love the regis
