>>38095504Castelia was a good start, but Lumiose was on another level. the NPCs and Pokemon walking around, specialty shops, restaurants/cafes, monuments, etc made it feel like a real bustling city. There's also so much shit to do in Lumiose compared to Castelia, I've literally spent hours just in Lumiose
>cafes>special shops for Pokeballs, herbs, clothes, stones, and TMs in the Pokemart>based Gogoat Shuttle was one of the first times trainers could ride a specific Pokemon in the overworld >style system that rewards you for engaging in activities around the city >Taxi system and Alexa's guides take new players and the directionally retarded anywhere in the city >You can work at Hotel Richissime for quick cash>Train at different restaurants around the city, difficulty is based on the restaurant's rating, more options than just single battles, and you are rewarded with lucrative gifts for battling within the turn limit>battle trainers in alleys to get little gifts like nuggets and destiny knots, they also tell you a short storylumiose is one of the best cities in the games
