>>38096821I still think the two revamps I mentioned are worth playing, Polished Crystal adds a good amount of stuff and Red++ is following it up (though not at the same amount of progress).
But otherwise Brown, Prism and Gaia are the closest to unofficial new Pokémon games that still feel right.
