A: Takes a lot of challenge out of the game. Let me guess you also love the over-powered experience share and unlimited use TMs?
B: We don't have advanced enough processors to handle an overworld big enough to support dynamically generated pokemon and make it seem "natural".
Don't expect this shit until like 2030.

All of this is made null because of Repels. They need to just make it so Repels make it so no encounters happen regardless of level

Remember that lgpe tried to do it, and the results were better than having random encounters. Seeing pokémon moving around is actually a good thing.
