I can't. It's objectively correct. Megas gave pokemon much needed stat boosts, playstyle shake ups, and were fairly costed with an item slot.

Z-move just gave everyone a button.

I love them
Some Pokemon, however, SERIOUSLY do NOT need mega evolutions, i.e. pic related or any legendary or 90% of the psuedo's they gave mega evos to. The power creep in gen 6 was ridiculously stupid, but as I said before some Pokemon are extremely blessed to have megas, such as Beedrill, mawile, medicham, etc
