because I watched both from first to last [for now] and can compare, xy is mechanic, robotic, EDGY pseudo shonen crap, battles are only good thing
meanwhile even if sun and moon failed to handle ultra beasts plot and necrozma ect. in the right way [but in usual dumb pokemon way] the writing and plot per episode is outstanding, that's a huge improvement to me as someone who watches this anime, right now I feel like I been watching completely different production, like NORMAL anime production but with pokemon, slice of life, comedy and battles
this is so fucking amazing how they improved this BORING SHIT SHOW
