Why did good characters like lana and guzma had to be created to be in one of the worst pokemon games? its not fair bros, i really want to see guzma again in an actual good game

eh, not really especially if we go by SuMo canon instead of USUM because she should still be in a coma. Lily is far more likely than Lusamine in all fronts but Guzma can still surprise us with him showing up. Wouldnt know what context he would show up in

Nanu is interested in stuff, he's just not a bundle of love and endless optimism like most characters, or a dumb caricature of rage and hatred like the villains.

Especially if you go to the Malie sushi house. He's a nice guy, but he's so much more down to earth and bearable than other characters.

Eh, no. Guzma, Kukui, Lillie, and a few others were good but overall I’d say that the designs of most of the characters were bad. Especially the trial captains and the kahunas, the vast majority of them were just so bland and cookie-cutter.
