Fair enough. How about they make a few moves have freezing be more common (nothing guaranteed like t-wave), but make the effect more like sleeping, in that it goes on a timer rather than being a ridiculously low percentage of thawing.

I don't know f you can make a type-based gym really hard.

I mean, exept if the gym leader have every good double type to counter your counters, you'll crush him quite easily. Fire gym ? Ok, i'll use wather and ground. Ice ? Figting and fire...

To make a gym hard, you, as a player, need to use only weake-typed pokémons.
