Those are pretty solid designs, but too close to the first stages. That never happens nowadays, it's usually pretty far off with a middle stage that ressembles a bit of both but stands out on its own.

The monotype starters appear periodically there's no apparent flow and given that two of the starters look somewhat Fighting-Type in nature it's entirely possible one of them will end up that way, to date Gens 4, 6 and 7 are the only ones where all three starters end up being Dual-Typed, Gen 1 has Blastoise, Gen 2 has all three, Gen 3 has Sceptile, Gen 5 has Serperior and Samurott. A pure Fire-starter would be somewhat apt to effectively create an inter-generational monotype among dual-type trio between Blastoise, Sceptile and Scorbunny's final evo.

Do you fuck anything that moves, that Water-Type looks pretty normal design wise, in fact none of the three starters in OP's image scream feminine or masculine, the design of the water starter reminds me more so of Swampert with the large geometric shaped body features and long headcrest.

Certainly true for the Fire-Starter its overall design seems to only have minor alterations to Scorbunny's design namely dropping any pretense of the Fighting-Type and adding a tertiary colour in black.

However for the Grookey and Sobble final evo concepts, they're definitely altered, the Grookey one incorporates elements of a ring-tail lemur into its design, the tail becoming a dominant design feature of the Pokemon, in addition there is no indication of the Eastern theming in Grookey's design that was added in the fan artwork, overall it appears to be have evolved from a monkey into a lemur. For Sobble's the design appears to ditch the singular crest for a dual-crest much like the Mudkip line did and the body overall goes from being a condensed three node body (the head, torso and coiled tail) to significantly more serpentine with additional design elements like the back and tail crests and the arms mass and additional flaps. Overall the design reminds me a lot of Swampert and a bit of Floatzel, you can see one feature of Sobble's design that permeates however, that's the tear-eye which becomes a side body pattern for the final evo.
