The water type will likely have Ice beam to counter the Grass/flying too easily, and the electric attacks don't actually give a benefit to it due to grass resisting it. If you wanted to have a reverse triangle with these alongside the main one, you'd need to go for:
>Fire/Electric>Water/Flying>Grass/GroundThat makes it so the Grass and Fire types can beat their weakness using a 4x supereffective move, and while the Water type only deals double damage with Flying, any ice move will give a similar outcome. Effectively, it would manage to reverse the starter triangle to a degree from where they lead off.
