Hunt for that split second of heartstop you get when you see it. Because once you have it, yeah you’re proud, but it’s not about having it. It’s about finding it. It’s hard to explain. But as you continue you’ll get yourself in the right mindset or find it’s just not for you, which is completely fine of course.

Trying to get one of these little dudes in USUM. Shiny Beedrill is one of my favorite Pokémon, so that's the end goal for the Weedle I pull. With most breeding hunts I do in USUM I just get 18 eggs, put em in Pelago, and go about my business. Funny thing though, these guys hatch REAL fast, so I gotta switch out the egg batches every few hours instead of every day.

I honestly think the charm is bullshit, I've yet to see a shiny pokemon after getting it just like before getting it, the thing is nothing but a placebo effect. With how the RNG is set up you could take years and never see a shiny pokemon even with it and that includes lets go with it's lures and chains

I did it, I got a shiny Koffing. It wasn't what I wanted but at least today wasn't a total washout. Now I'm not sure if I want to go catch 31 pokemon again or just say here with the charm and lure active and see what comes up
