Water/Steel would make sense since the line is based on weaponry.
Also, since it is a slow, frail mixed attacker, a Water/Steel type would give it a BUNCH of handy resistances to mitigate that awful role.

the fat head of the drone looks like the most distinctive feature, definitely think it should be some sort of dolphin that has a melon at any rate, if not a beluga specifically. was going for the more round headed ones, but maybe you could go in the opposite direction and interpret the spike at the front as one of the extremely narrow beaked ones, like a river dolphin?

attach multiple remoras to the underside? could be specialised remoraids, the same way slowbro has a specialised shellder, extend them to be more like a real suctiony remora/more like a missile.
(also belugas shoot water at people for fun)

I would make it yellow, since we already have blue with Remoraid and red with Octillery

hmm, if it follows the pattern of the other two it'd start with 'bel/belu' or 'dol' and have the military word in the second half. beluclear? beluav? damn it's hard to get something that rolls off the tongue like octillery.

This allows it to properly use its - albeit more limited - physical movepool to its fullest extent by turning Bullet Seed and Rock Blast into guaranteed 125 BP Grass and Rock-type moves, respectively. Waterfall and some other move can round out its set. Maybe give it U-Turn, since it's based on a drone?
