There's a good game trapped behind a shitty dex, but now that you don't need to use them anymore it's not bad

They're great games with the best post game in the series. Not my personal favorites, but they're damn good and it sucks that they got so overlooked at the time for not being on the 3DS.

In short, techincally up to date but without the flaws holding back the 3DS games.
