I want to be the Water gym leader.
The gym is just a giant waterpark with huge slides and pools. I'd be at the back, lounging on the back of a Carracosta floating in a pool.
I'd probably be the third gym leader with that setup, so for my team:

I'd be a ghost type gym, it would be a bunch of illusions/apperations of gym trainers that trick trainers to avoid their line of sight causing them to go to my actual gym trainers, the illusions would also just disappear if you talked to them revealing a portal youd slip into, after 4 floors I'd be on the 5th and my team would have a frillish, Misdreavus,dusclops and my final mon would be a dusknoir probs 5th gym, frillish tries to poison and status your mons, misdreavus would be used to finish off anything, dusclops would be my stalker, and after beating me I'd give the trainer hex

Ghost type gym
It takes place inside a modern house
You are given a special dex addon that alerts you of mysterious events that you must find to move on.There are wild pokemon ecounters in the basement and celing.You can find trainers in off the path rooms(but you dont know what path to take) and in hallways.
You walk into a suburban house with a normal boring plain family on a couch and they say that this is the normal type gym.They then disappear after te loghts turn off and you find that you have the device.
Event 1:You go into the backyard(wild encounters in the tall grass with some area exclusive pokemon) and walk through the grass and investigate a campfire thats flickering,when you get there the fire is put out and you randomly enter a trainer battle with a tree next to you,the tree has a trainer machine inside that is controled remotley and senda out pokemballs,you win and get another alert
Event 2:In the attic the phone is ringing,you go to the attic (broken roof so bird pokemon might fly in) and awnser the phone.You go into a battle and the area looks dream like.You win and wake up in a childs bedroom,your dex says you where hypnotized into sleeping and the phone wispered a fake battle into your dream
Event 3:After getting an alert of something in the kitchen,when you walk in the objects start floating and two people appear like ghosts.They challenge you to a double battle.When you win they disappear (you can find a projecter in the fridge if its interacted with though)

Event 4:In the flooded basement music is randomly playing from a haunted radio,you go downstairs and the water rises and your completely under water,you can only ecounter rat pokemon and magikarp wildly here.You go to the radio under water and it plays a song,the water unfloods and your in the living room and a child trainer runs up to you to battle saying “abcdeeeeeee” and when you win the battle you find foot prints made of mud but no alerts,you have to follow the foot prints
Event 5:the foot prints lead to a room that was previously locked,its a room with abunch of weird bits and bobs and controls presumably for the gym,i walk up and engage in battle
Pokemon(level 50’s as the gym is 2nd to last):Mimikyu,rotom,Chandelure,Sableye,Trevanent,Driftblim.

My ace would be a Zweilous who's an early evolver (What? It's total BST is lower than fucking Scyther)

The Gym is a theater and your job is to participate in a play he and his Zweilous are doing. It's a fantasy-themed play where you are the brave, chivalrous Knight and he's the evil Dragon Lord.
You have to battle 2 of his Dragon minions, one in the home village of the Knight and another before the Dragon Lord's palace.
