This would either have Corrosion, Aerilate, or just keep Infiltrator, I don't know. I thought of giving it a new ability that would be Infiltrator + Unaware, but I don't want to be too generous.

Scaling up its base stats gives
HP: 92
Atk: 98
Def: 116
Sp.Atk: 110
Sp. Def: 123
Speed: 61

The big difference is its speed. Modest max speed could outspeed Jolly/Timid base 100 Pokemon after a single Quiver Dance.
With Sleep Powder, Strength Sap, Moonblast and different grass STABs to chose from (Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Petal Dance), Bellossom would finally have a use!

Get rid of Hustle and make Super Luck a normal ability, then make Pixilate its hidden ability.
