Why do people turn off outlines when they emulate Gen 7? I think they look nice.

As someone who loves the outlines, I understand why people turn them off. Basically, they weren't designed to work with the game upscaled, and so can get pretty fucky especially in the overworld. When they're working properly, the game looks way better with the outlines, but without the outlines the game has a more consistent quality.

Up scaled out lines look amazing.
