It was a drawing made back when Hoopa-U was just a small blurry figure and people were making interpretations of how it looked like. The face was really the only thing people struggled to get.

In ORAS balance teams and defensive balance teams were the most common style.
In USUM the meta has gravitated towards a more bulky offensive style or full on offence.

The real question is, why did they give Hoopa special treatment and hand it a 680 BST forme when shit like Regigigas who's supposed to be strong af has 670 and a shitty ability so it's "balanced"?
