140 Attack and 110 Speed is absolutely nothing to sneeze at when above 50% health.
One could argue that Defeatist is truly debilitating, but even something as simple as a pinch berry can act as a quick fix if only for a moment. It's frail, so it is going to die in a hit or two anyway... if it doesn't outspeed and OHKO which is its main goal.
Rock/Flying is a great offensive typing too, and it has great coverage to boot.
