You can't ever get Mew or Deoxys. Celebi requires a JP copy of Colosseum and the JP bonus disk which means it's effectively unobtainable for Europeans.

Literally completed the Hoenn living dex the other day with the exception of Jirachi because I would need to buy too many things to get it. I'll just get the one that comes with the Let's Go Plusle! bundle or the one that comes with Virtual Console Ruby.

US bonus disc had WISHMKR Jirachi.
New was obtainable through My Pokemon Ranch in Gen IV, and there were events for deoxys and it for Gen III pretty much on all continents. MYSTRY Mew distribution cart is leaked, too.

He said Gen 3 and I didn't mention Jirachi once in my post, did I? You can't legitimately get Mew or Deoxys in Gen 3, cheating with a dumped distribution cart is the same shit as having your rich friend whose mom bought him a Gameshark trade you one.

Let me correct myself. You can't legitimately get Mew or Deoxys in Gen 3 without a time machine. Jirachi and Celebi are technically obtainable but are a pain in the fucking ass to get. Just stop at 382/386.

The last piece of that puzzle was Necrozma. I named it "Star Wars."
