It's fast enough to get off good Spins with Clear Body letting it stay fast vs. Webs, and no one expects you to actually run Poison attacks on it so I racked up a ton of surprise kills on Bulu and important hits on Koko. You wouldn't believe how many people go hard into Koko on Tentacruel because they think it's free. Having a Poison attack is good so it doesn't feel too pressured by Greninja as well.
