Pichu is a hyper-aggressive style Pikachu, it’s not able to spam Quick Attack because of the self-damage but it can cause crazy combos and it can kill at as little as 70% damage. It’s smaller and lighter than Pikachu, but its electric attacks do more damage, its Quick Attack recovery goes farther, and its Thunder hits through barriers, which is a huge advantage. Pichu also has arguably better neutral and is so small and fast that it’s pretty hard to hit. Pikachu is definitely better at camping and longevity, but Pichu is insane in the right hands. And fuck you pichu is the cutest in its line

I REALLY HATE THIS BITCH!!! This Pokémon's F-Smash is ABSOLutely stronger than Pikachu's and has more knockback, but has less range. It's low height helps it to evade some attacks like Belmont's F-Smash. It is also very fast.

But who would realistically choose raichu over Jolteon EVER? Uncontested best electric Pokemon
