My sister found a Shiny Green Eyed Jigglypuff in Pokemon Gold, after. It was before she obtained Pokeballs. Or she was out. Dunno. But couldn't catch it.

I later found a Shiny Tentacool.

Red Gyrados doesn't count. Utter Trash.

Pretty sure that's it.

Does HGSS have a higher shiny rate or something because my one and only shiny starter was a HGSS Totodile but then (before I got my balls) I bumped into a Shiny Kakuna, then later (luckily, AFTER I got my balls) I bumped into a shiny Pidgey, all like within an hour of each other. But my first mainline game shiny was mareep. In X and Y. I then started shiny hunting in that game i got about a box full of shiny pokemon. I really hope they will let you transfer pokemon from 3ds to switch because i have so many pokemon i would do that with in X & Y.

When I was little I found a shiny whismur. I was retarded and ran from it. I then got upset and searched and searched for that different colored whismur trying to retrace my steps exactly.

Fast forward about 7 years. I'm in high school playing emerald on an emulator during class. By chance I found a fuckin shiny whismur! I almost had a heart attack. Caught it and used it through the whole game.

As a result, Exploud is in my top 3 favorite mons.

I dont remember seeing it shine, but i distinctly remember looking at an Electrike that was bluer then normal.

Also found a Shiny Torkoal in Emerald rom, and a Shiny Goldeen in Leaf Green Safari Zone.

I soft resettled for a shiny regice from my sapphire version. Got it on thanksgiving day after 3 days of resetting, RIGHT when I was about to give up on it. I cherished it, but one day I lost the white version that had it along with a shitload of other EV Trained Pokemon including a shiny Scizor, Aggron and Tyranitar.

Gen 6 was generous in giving me shinies, and I managed to repopulate my battle-ready Pokemon, but it still isn’t the same without my shiny Regice. R.I.P.

(Also, he looked really cool in Gale of Darkness)
