You've got to jailbreak your 3DS and then use a generator program you download and upload it to a SD card or something. It's way more complex than gen 4 and 5 where you could just go off of IPs.

Just looking for some basics to do a mono type run: Nidoran, Koffing, Skorupi, Croagunk

I won't be too picky on egg moves, natures, or hidden abilities since I don't have too much to offer other than an Alolan Vulpix in a duskball with Moonblast. If you're an injector and looking for specifics I'd be happy to provide more details though.
I do have a shiny Goldeen and Lillipup I could offer, but ideally I'd like to do a shiny for a shiny since these are the only two other than a Zubat in gen 4 I've ever caught or had.
