He's the fucking producer who realistically has more say than the direction staff because they're the ones who handle the money and a-okay everything (you know, like when he didn't a-okay customization in OR/AS despite Ohmori being the directer).
And he's not happy unless they're rushing shit out yearly regardless of quality.
Unless he leaves Game Freak entirely there is no hope. Even if he leaves the d producer position there's no way he's not doing so as a move to executive producer.
