Hey /vp/

Someone on YouTube stumbled upon a 1997 japanese special report on the infamous Porygon episode incident. It's a 40 minute long mini-documentary that includes interviews with the actual children affected, and a ton of reporting/footage on the investigation and discussions surrounding the event.

As you can see in the comments there were talks/encouragement to translate and subtitle the report, but the video was posted nearly 3 years ago and it seems like no subs ever came to exist.

Does anyone know anyone or have access to any resource that can help revive this and maybe get some momentum going towards a translation? At the very least I think it's worth keeping the community aware of this

The Wikipedia article has a good summary of information/refresher on the incident https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennō_Senshi_Porygon for those of you less familiar. It nearly killed the Pokémon anime, and it was taken off the air for months.
