HGSS was a fancy port of Crystal with minimal improvements and not including Gen IV evolutions
BW2 was solidly good but it relied on older gen mons too much
BW2 also started the trend of "Fuck fleshing out the new mons and just slap them with the rest of the cast"
BW2 had the best post game of the series but the trends it started soured my likng for it
