Granted, the original designs can be superior in places, but for the most part it's usually just a change of clothes.
Granted, you can argue the Magma/Aqua Admins and while you can make an argument for Aqua's, I like Magma's redesigns more because they stand out more. It's like if the Rocket Executives had actual identites but barely changed sprites in the OG GSC
