What's your opinion on shiny locked pokemon? I first heard about Zygarde being shiny locked, but after a quick search I saw that even the mascots of 5th gen or Hoenn remakes are locked? What the hell that's outrageous, I understand locking uncatchable pokemon or maybe mythicals but why lock random legendaries?
