Mew - Probably just creates a blast of water from its hands.
Feraligatr - lines its jaws with the water and bites into the target, possibly does a death roll.

Pelipper - Probably an alteration on Hydro Pump visually.

Sharpedo - Same as Feraligatr.
Wailord - Coats its tail in water and then slams it either onto the ground or the target.
Crawdaunt - Same as Feraligatr (and thus Sharpedo) but uses its claws instead of its jaw.

Empoleon - Same as Golisopod.

Palkia - Generates water onto its wings and performs a full body charge, might also include the Golduck version.
