Blizzard/Freeze Dry is already pseudo-BoltBeam coverage, but with the added bonus of being STAB either way and dominating the Water/Ground or Water/Grass types that usually gloss over BoltBeam. Ice Shard can be used for STAB priority. I've already run Vanilluxe with all 3 Ice moves sometimes because they're THAT useful.
Magic Coat and Taunt are phenomenal support moves. Autotomize can be used to attempt a sweep. It even has Ally Switch if that's your thing.
Flash Cannon is a good coverage move. I used Steelium Z with it already for particularly bulky Rock types.
Mirror Coat has a surprise factor. Weather Ball can really fuck people up if you play it smart on opposing weather teams. It can even use Explosion.
