ORAS was a remake, not an upper version

Kalos was left incomplete, and Zygarde was shoehorned into the following gen, effectively making its entire existence pointless

They wanted to push out a new Generation for the 20th anniversary, why they didn't just try to make Z somewhat of an "ultimate" version instead is beyond me though.
