Can anyone recommend a reliable high quality binder for my valuable Pokémon cards?
Also, I hate hard plastic sleeves like top loaders & card savers because they’re not as compact as binders and scratch easily

The binder you posted is pretty much the best binder you can get. I prefer the ultra pro pro binder, but there's another brand out there that does a four cards per page version of this.

I've got the Z-Folio by BCW
I have a few problems with it though, I hate side-loading and the cards are a looser fit, it's fine if you don't plan on taking it anywhere.
What sells it for me is the 4-card rows and the zip. It probably doesn't do anything but the cards feel snug and well-protected when the whole folder is entirely covered and with a zip.
If not that then simply the plain ultra pro collector's binder. Being around for a long time, the logo's nostalgic. The sleeves that are literally the perfect fit and it's top loaded.

if the card is really valuable, the only way to really protect it is a psa or bgs case. otherwise, it will potentially curve from humidity. you either live with that or do what I mentioned earlier.

How much pressure do the other pages + cover apply to the cards? I'm specifically looking for a binder that have tight fitting pockets/slots to prevent my foils/holos from curling due to humidity. I thought putting them in top loaders would help keep them straight but they still curved overtime.

I am considering building a frame for mine with UV-proof glass and desiccants. Just so I can show them off instead of keeping them locked away unseen. They'll probably lose grade this way but ultimately I don't plan on reselling them and they aren't worth too much to begin with.
