My favourite at the moment is Gumshoos. I love the detective theme he has. Sadly there isn't a lot of fanart of him.

My favourite type is normal and fairy. I love a lot of normal pokemon but I love the theme of the fairy type. I used to read lots of fantasy books and collect fairy trinkets as a kid.

Pokémon: Hydreigon. Yeah yeah yeah I know he's the typical unovafag choice, but there's a lot to love about him from his design to his movepool, and his depictions in the games, anime, etc.

Type: Steel. Impeccable defensive capabilities, reliable moves that can be used on lots of non-Steel mons, and now that it kills Fairies it's actually usable as an offensive type too.

I've just always loved them, even without reason. As I've grown up though the simple "zigzag lines/straight lines" concept has become my favourite in the series, it's so neatly implemented in the designs both visually and behaviourally.
Normal's my favourite type just because I love that it's both the all-rounder and gimmicky type, I like my mundane things defined by some kooky quirk.
