GBA could look really good, Game Freak just didn't know how to utilize the hardware, the same way they still don't. Chrono Cross and games in pic related are all 2D so there's no hardware performance impact barring negligible size increases.

Or what the obsession with graphics is about anyway. I played minish cap and pokemon at the same time, they just look like games. Yeah if a game looks amazing or terrible then I would comment on the graphics and pokemon doesn't, it looks fine, passable.

Everything else (the size of the map, the squareness of the map, the size of the Gyarados, the camera....) is worse in Let's Go.

It's a boss sequel that ups the ante and is incredibly atmospheric.

It doesn't do dirty on Chrono Trigger, it enhances Chrono Trigger by adding more complex implications to the first game's "hurr durr save the world" story.

At this point GF would have to pull a Spirits Within for that to happen. Pokemon provides GF with stream of consistent and secure revenue that has funded their other works that actually have a risk of failing. I can't really see a world where management of mainseries Pokemon games isn't their number one priority unless
