everything else gets outsped, ohko'd (a few have less than 50% chance of living without stealth rock) and can only deal less than 50% with a priority move
oh and both of those that can take a hit get 2KO'd, cannot ohko AND get OHKO'd by the ghost variant
and don't forget trying to grind it down with priority moves or a scarf set doesn't work as it carries recover and is surprisingly bulky
the only pokemon in all of UU and BL that can stand up to both the electric and ghost variants of porygon-z is blissey, which would be hilariously centralizing
