I don't think you could actually do this with Bank. It works by just altering the save file so that you now have those Pokémon--basically, ironically enough--just like injecting. There's no "event" for the game to point to as an evolution trigger. And the games have never handled having a Pokémon evolving somewhere other than in your party, so how that would work is also a mystery.
