The Sevii islands are my personal favorite. The dusting of Johto Pokémon throughout gave them a very distinct and exotic like presence, the glimpse into team rocket moving on past Giovanni, Lorelei with the ice cave (similar to Lance and the lake of rage), the gem quest with Celio, day care, togepi egg, unown, and more.
